Creating a massive referral business is something I hear many people say they wish they could do.
The problem I find is they are focusing on the wrong things. I have a massive referral business and I built it simply from the elevated experience I create for my buyer.
When it comes to creating a referral business and a great experience, we have to look at authenticity to what degrees of it we use in relation to what we want our ideal client to experience.
When we can line up the best version of the authenticity, we need to reveal it in order to create the best buyer experience where they know who we are and what this experience will be like from start to finish. Then we can effortlessly draw in clients that want to refer us and they then refer us to all their colleagues. The bonus, they leave us raving reviews and become customers for life. My students generally never leave.
