An Intimate Three-Day New York City Experience

WHEN THE LEAVES FALL

What falls away. What remains. Who appears when the lights come up.

November 9–11, 2026 • Chelsea, New York City • Limited to 25 people

You do not need to learn how to become the star. You need to stop performing long enough to recognize the person who has been there all along.

You do not need to learn how to become the star. You need to stop performing long enough to recognize the person who has been there all along.

Not because that version was false.

Because it was built for a different season.

It learned how to be impressive, prepared, useful, polished, agreeable, powerful, quiet, certain or easy to understand. It learned what the room rewarded. It learned how to protect what felt too vulnerable to reveal.

And perhaps it worked.

You built something. You became visible. You learned how to lead, speak, sell, perform, teach or hold the room.

But now there is a cost to maintaining the version that once kept you safe.

You can feel it in the video that does not quite sound like you. The introduction that feels managed. The launch that requires too much force. The room where you become more impressive and somehow less present. The private moment when you know your voice is still negotiating with identities you have already outgrown.

WHEN THE LEAVES FALL is an invitation to stop adding—and let what no longer belongs fall away.

When the leaves fall, what is left?

The tree does not become less true when it releases its leaves. It reveals its structure.

The trunk. The branches. The depth of the roots. What can withstand the season. What has been there all along.

Over three intimate days in New York City, we will work beneath the performance: beneath the voice you reach for, beneath the identity you manage, beneath the sound designed to make sure the room receives you correctly.

This is not a speaking conference. It is not stage training. It is not a retreat where you disappear from your real life and feel transformed only while you are there.

It is a carefully constructed experience in which inner recognition becomes visible, audible and usable—in your voice, your body, your work and the rooms you are ready to enter next.

Day One — The Falling

What are you still carrying because it once worked? What identity, sound or performance no longer belongs to the person you have become?

We begin by hearing what has been hidden in plain sight. Through voice work, reflection, conversation and initial filming, you will recognize the protective choices your body and voice make before your words ever arrive.

This day is not about tearing anything down. It is about honoring what protected you—and becoming honest about what it now costs to keep it.

Day Two — The Root

When the performance softens, what remains? How deep are your roots? What do you know before you package it for approval?

We move into embodied work: voice, movement, vision and the experience of staying with yourself while being witnessed. Acclaimed Broadway director Michael Arden will join us for a rare conversation and working session on creating a vision—and carrying it from the invisible into lived reality.

That evening, we will experience professional performers doing what extraordinary artists do best: not pretending harder, but bringing something real into form. We will attend a Broadway performance together and look at artistry through the lens of truth, presence and human connection.

Day Three — The Lights Come Up

The question is no longer, “Who should I become?” It is, “What happens when I allow the person who is already here to be seen?”

You will return to camera and voice with a different relationship to visibility. We will work with what has shifted, create the next version of your personal ‘About’ footage and bring the experience into the rooms waiting for you at home.

You will leave with more than insight. You will leave with evidence, language, practices and a clear commitment to what grows next.

What you will experience

Alongside Tracy and Michael, a small number of carefully curated contributors in movement, video and embodied integration will be announced as their sessions are confirmed.

The Unperformed About You Reel

Many people can describe who they are. Far fewer can be seen as that person on camera.

Before the event, you will receive a prompt to record a short piece of personal ‘About’ footage. We will use it as a living reference—not to judge your performance, but to hear and see where management, protection and distance enter.

During the experience, you will receive guidance on the relationship between your sound, body, identity and image. On the final day, you will record again from the version of you that is no longer working so hard to be received.

Your final deliverable will be shaped with our professional video team. Exact filming specifications and delivery timing will be provided before the event.

What you will leave with

Why New York?

Not because New York requires you to become a star.

Because New York holds the tension between reinvention and truth. It is a city of artists, builders, leaders and people who came here because something in them refused to remain unseen.

We will use the city as texture—not as theme. A private Chelsea setting. Extraordinary food. Professional artistry. The energy of people bringing vision into form. And, inside it all, enough intimacy and spaciousness to hear what is actually yours.

This is for you if…

This is not for you if…

Tracy Goodwin

Tracy Goodwin is the creator of Psychology of the Voice® and a Voice Identity Expert and Behavioral Voice Strategist with more than 36 years of experience. Her work reveals the protective patterns carried in sound—the ones that shape trust, authority, visibility and connection before words can do their job.

This experience brings together the deepest parts of Tracy’s work: voice, identity, protection, presence, real-world footage and the return to what has been true beneath the performance all along.

Curated contributors

Additional contributors in video, embodied movement and sound-based integration will be chosen for the way their work supports this specific arc. This is not a speaker lineup. Every person in the room must move the transformation forward.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a speaking or performance event?

No. We may work with voice, video and professional artistry, but the purpose is not to teach you to perform. It is to help you recognize the performance you no longer need—and become more available as yourself in every room.

Do I need to be a speaker, performer or entrepreneur?

No. This experience is for people entering meaningful visibility, leadership, creation or change. Your ‘room’ may be a stage, company, camera, sales conversation, body of work, relationship or next chapter.

Will I have to share my video with the group?

We will establish clear consent and privacy choices. Some learning may happen through shared examples, but public or group use of your footage will never be assumed.

What should I expect from the video deliverable?

You will complete a guided before-and-after filming process and receive a personal ‘About’ film shaped with our professional video team. Exact length, edit rounds and delivery timing will be confirmed in your participant materials.

Are meals included?

Yes. Chef-prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner are part of the experience across all three days. We will collect dietary requirements in advance and make reasonable accommodations.

Where should I stay?

Travel and lodging are separate. We will provide a short list of nearby Chelsea hotel options and any courtesy booking blocks available. You will remain responsible for booking and cancellation terms.

What if I already work with Tracy?

This experience is included for current EVERY ROOM mastermind members. Paid-in-full mastermind members are also invited to a private VIP day on Sunday, November 8.

Can I attend the VIP day separately?

The November 8 VIP day is reserved for eligible mastermind members and is not currently offered as a separate public ticket.

The leaves are allowed to fall. The roots remain. And when the lights come up, you do not have to become anyone else.
