This is not another curriculum to complete. It is nine months of direct access to my ear, deliberate practice, real-world footage and a carefully chosen room of peers—so the person you are now can be heard everywhere you go.

What is included
Nine months of proximity, practice and real rooms.
One private session with me every month
Nine 60-minute private sessions devoted to the room directly in front of you. We may work on a launch, speech, interview, podcast, sales conversation, leadership challenge, video, difficult conversation or the deeper voice pattern beneath all of it.
One mastermind call every month
A two-hour group call for coaching, hot seats, practice, live listening and strategic application. The work stays anchored in real situations—not hypothetical exercises.
Three formal footage reviews
You will submit selected footage at three points during the mastermind. I will show you what your sound is communicating, where protection is entering, what has shifted and what requires the next level of recalibration.
Launch and visibility support
Bring the moments that have consequences: a launch, keynote, podcast tour, website video, media opportunity, sales season, team presentation or public body of work. We will work with what is actually happening while it is happening.
The Monday Voxer thread
Each Monday, you will check in with the room: What are you entering? Where do you need support? What are you practicing? I will offer focused guidance during designated response windows. Members may also arrange peer practice, rehearsal and support with one another throughout the week.
Voxer is a point of connection and implementation—not unlimited private coaching by message. Clear boundaries protect the depth of the work and the quality of my ear.
Curated guest teachers
I will bring in a small number of carefully selected experts to expand the work in the areas that support your next level—such as vision, video, movement, visibility and embodied presence. Guests are chosen because they deepen the transformation, not because we need to fill the calendar.
The NYC experience
Your place at WHEN THE LEAVES FALL, my intimate three-day New York City experience, is included. Together we will explore what falls away, what remains, and who appears when you stop performing long enough to recognize the person who has been there all along.
A room small enough to matter
EVERY ROOM is limited to seven members. That is intentional.
I want to know your voice, your work, your patterns and the rooms you are entering. I want the group to become discerning enough to hear one another, honest enough to challenge one another and safe enough to practice what is not polished yet.
We will begin with alumni and former clients. If places remain, I may invite a small number of people who are new to my work and ready for this level of proximity, responsibility and transformation.

If you cannot attend the VIP Day in New York, you will receive a private virtual intensive instead. The bonus remains valuable without requiring travel.
