Each month, I will invite an exceptional person from my world to deepen one dimension of the journey. These are people who have delivered at a level that demanded far more than talent. They have brought ideas to life, shaped stories seen by millions, created presence under pressure, sold in consequential rooms, built companies, written books, led through adversity, and turned personal vision into public work.
They will not arrive with generic presentations disconnected from the mastermind. Each conversation will support the work we are doing that month and give you direct access to the thinking, discipline, decisions, and lived experience behind mastery.
Award-winning Broadway director Michael Arden joins us to explore how a bold internal vision becomes a living experience. We will look at creativity, direction, collaboration, and what it takes to hold the integrity of an idea while bringing other people inside it.
Writer and producer Alexa Junge has shaped stories for major television audiences. She joins us to explore how we recognize the story that matters, find the emotional truth inside it, and shape it so another person can enter and experience it.
Actor and director Adam Rodriguez joins us to explore presence, preparation, emotional availability, and what it takes to remain fully alive when the camera is on, the room is watching, and the moment cannot be repeated.
Hollywood on-set coach Steve Bridgewater joins us to teach the specific adjustments that create stronger, more truthful work on camera. Members will learn how the camera reads them, how to remain present without overperforming, and how to deliver an introduction that feels precise, alive, and fully their own.
A master movement contributor will help members understand how the body carries the instrument. The session will focus on command, freedom, physical storytelling, and the movement patterns that either support or contradict what the voice is communicating.
Real-estate professional and television personality Farrah Brittany joins us to explore sales, trust, relationships, and communicating value in rooms where perception, confidence, and human connection directly affect the decision.
Entrepreneur and author Kate Northrup joins us to explore the relationship among nervous-system capacity, visibility, money, pricing, and sustainable growth.
Entrepreneur and business educator James Wedmore joins us to explore how an idea becomes a message, how a message finds its audience, and how a body of work becomes a business capable of reaching more people.
Actor Ryan Dorsey joins us for a thoughtful conversation about discipline, character, resilience, and continuing to create and lead when life changes in ways you did not choose.
Author and writing mentor Sara Connell joins us to explore how an idea, experience, or body of expertise becomes a book and how to move from wanting to write it to creating the work itself.
A working speaker booker, bureau representative, event producer, or decision-maker joins us for a direct conversation about what makes a talk bookable, how opportunities are evaluated, what materials are needed, why pitches are ignored, and how to enter the booking conversation with clarity and authority.
A signature talk with a clear central idea, story, structure, message, and purpose.
Greater command of voice, camera, presence, movement, story, sales, leadership, and high-stakes delivery.
Direct insight from a working booker, producer, bureau representative, or event decision-maker on how talks are evaluated and booked.
A next-room strategy for carrying the talk and larger body of work into stages, media, video, business, leadership, and other relevant opportunities.
A professionally guided signature introduction video captured during the Snow Globe Retreat, subject to the final production plan.
A clear speaker position and booking plan, including the rooms the talk belongs in, the materials needed to support it, and how to approach booking conversations.
A personal Voice MRI™, six private sessions, six footage reviews, and a documented plan for the voice patterns that must continue to be recalibrated.
A monthly group session for Psychology of the Voice® teaching, live listening, coaching, hot seats, practice, and strategic application. The work stays anchored in the rooms members are actually entering and the projects they are building.
A monthly conversation, working session, or masterclass with an exceptional guest whose experience deepens that month’s focus. Guest participation, topics, and scheduling are subject to confirmation and may change when necessary.
Six 60-minute private sessions used strategically across the nine months. We begin with your Voice MRI™ and personal roadmap, then use the remaining sessions where my individual ear can create the greatest movement in your message, footage, talk, sales, leadership, visibility, or body of work.
You may submit up to six pieces of footage, with no more than 10 minutes in each submission. I will show you what your sound is communicating, where protection is entering, what has changed, and what the next level of recalibration requires.
Each Monday, you will check in with the room. What are you entering? What are you practicing? Where is your voice changing? What support do you need? I will provide focused guidance during designated weekday response windows, and members may arrange peer practice and rehearsal with one another. (Voxer is a point of connection and implementation, not unlimited private coaching by message. Clear boundaries protect the depth of the work and the quality of my ear.)
Once during the nine months, you may activate a private Voice SOS Voxer Exchange for a time-sensitive talk, launch, interview, sale, conflict, presentation, or visibility moment. You will send the relevant context and focused voice message or short piece of footage, and I will provide private guidance within the defined support window.
Bring the moments that have consequences: a launch, keynote, podcast tour, media opportunity, website video, sales season, team presentation, TEDx application, book idea, difficult conversation, or public body of work. We will work with what is happening while it is happening.
Your place at the private Snow Globe Retreat in New York City is included. Planned for March 2027, this multi-day immersion is where your signature idea, talk architecture, presence, body, voice, and market positioning begin to come together in person. Every member will develop and deliver a polished three-to-five-minute signature segment and capture a professionally guided introduction during the retreat. (Working details: New York City, March 2027, 2.5 or 3 days. Admission and meals included for members; travel, hotel, transportation, and personal expenses separate.)
EVERY ROOM is limited to 12 members. That is intentional.
Twelve is large enough to create a remarkable range of experiences, ideas, relationships, and rooms, and small enough for me to know every voice, every body of work, and every person’s next-level objective.
I am beginning with alumni, former clients, and people already familiar with this work. If places remain, I may invite a small number of accomplished people who are new to Psychology of the Voice® and ready for this level of responsibility, practice, and transformation.

I am beginning with personal invitations because the quality of this room depends on fit.
I am looking for people who are already exceptional at what they do and are ready to become equally exceptional at how the world experiences it. People with work worth hearing, ideas worth carrying, and rooms they are ready to enter without leaving themselves behind.
What work, idea, or vision are you ready to bring into the world?
What room are you preparing to enter next?
Where is your voice not yet matching the caliber of who you have become?
Why is this the season to master the instrument you carry into every room?
