Tracy would help anyone tremendously. I’m much more confident and I have strategies that I can work on to actually improve upon, which when you do get better each week it’s a lot of fun. Now it’s up to me to continue practicing and work on my improvement — Tracy is great too after the sessions are over, encouraging you to send her recordings.
