You are already among the best at what you do. It is time to become equally exceptional at how the world experiences you.
A nine-month private mastermind for accomplished people whose work, vision, and opportunities have grown, and whose voices must now be able to meet every room.
Master the instrument you carry into every room without shrinking, performing, or becoming someone else to belong there.
You know your expertise. You have built the business, the body of work, the point of view, or the vision. You may already lead, teach, sell, speak, record, interview, create, and change the lives of the people you serve.
But being exceptional at what you do and being fully experienced as one of the best are not always the same thing.
As the rooms become bigger, more visible, or more consequential, old protection can return. You prepare more. Manage more. Reach for the right words. Become slightly different on camera, during a launch, on a stage, across a table, or in the conversation that matters most.
Your work has grown. Your voice must be able to hold it.
Your voice is the instrument you carry into every room.
It carries your expertise before people can evaluate it. It carries your identity before they know your story. It tells the listener whether to trust, follow, believe, buy, remember, or move closer, often before they have consciously processed your words.
The instrument does not need to become different for sales, video, leadership, a keynote, a difficult conversation, or a room filled with people whose opinions matter. It needs to become developed enough to carry the full depth of your work into all of them.
Over nine months, you will learn to hear your voice as I hear it, recognize the protective patterns that alter the experience of you, and use your instrument with greater range, precision, authority, connection, and truth.
Over nine months, you will learn to hear your voice as I hear it, recognize the protective patterns that alter the experience of you, and use your instrument with greater range, precision, authority, connection, and truth.
You are not entering this room to become good at your work. You already are.
You have spent years developing the expertise, insight, craft, vision, business, or body of work that brought you here.
But exceptional work can still be diminished by a voice that protects. A vision can be reduced by a message that cannot hold it. A brilliant idea can disappear inside an ordinary delivery. A leader can leave the room without allowing anyone to experience the depth of who they are.
That is why you will learn not only from me, but from extraordinary artists, creators, performers, writers, directors, entrepreneurs, and leaders who have mastered the delivery of their work.
They have entered rooms where talent alone was not enough. They learned to carry vision, story, presence, value, discipline, and identity into those rooms and deliver at a level the world could not ignore.
They are not here to teach you to imitate their path. They are here to show you what mastery requires when talent, identity, voice, discipline, and delivery finally meet.
By the end of our nine months together, your voice will no longer depend on the room being familiar, forgiving, or low-stakes.
You will be able to walk into the moments that matter and remain unmistakably yourself while using your voice with the range each moment requires.
The exact order may shift to support live opportunities within the cohort, but every part of the journey develops another dimension of the instrument you carry into the world.
We begin by establishing how you are currently heard, where protection alters the experience of you, and what your next rooms require. You will identify the patterns that appear across environments and define the voice, visibility, and body-of-work objectives that will guide your nine months. Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We explore the vision only you can bring to life and the places where safety, expectation, or over-management have reduced it. You will begin translating the vision inside you into something other people can see, hear, and experience. Featured-master focus: creative vision and bringing an ambitious idea to life.
Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We identify the stories beneath the polished version and examine how sound determines whether a story connects or merely communicates. You will choose and shape the stories that belong inside your message, talk, leadership, or body of work. Featured-master focus: finding the story and shaping it for an audience. Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We develop presence without manufacturing confidence. You will learn what the camera reveals, how to remain emotionally available while being watched, and how to create an introduction that allows people to experience you quickly and accurately. Primary work: video, personal introduction, interviews, on-camera mastery, and visible authority. Featured-master focus: understanding the camera, making precise adjustments, and delivering with truth when every detail can be seen and heard. Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We work with the sounds that create or cost the sale. You will learn to communicate value without proving, pushing, performing, or becoming overly polished, and to carry certainty without disconnecting from the buyer. Featured-master focus: relationships, trust, value, and sales in high-stakes environments.
Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We examine what happens to your voice when the price rises, the audience grows, or the opportunity asks you to hold more. You will practice being heard at the level of your value while expanding your capacity for money, visibility, and growth. Featured-master focus: nervous-system capacity, pricing, money, and sustainable expansion. Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We connect expertise, voice, message, offer, and market. You will clarify the idea or point of view you want to become known for and strengthen the message that carries your work into the world without reducing its depth to a formula.
Featured-master focus: message, audience, business, and building a body of work.
Featured-master focus: relationships, trust, value, and sales in high-stakes environments.
Primary work: Voice MRI™, identity baseline, personal roadmap, and the rooms you are preparing to enter.
We work with the rooms that test the instrument: pressure, disagreement, loss, scrutiny, responsibility, and change. You will learn to stay connected to yourself while leading, setting boundaries, navigating conflict, and communicating when the stakes are personal.
Featured-master focus: discipline, resilience, character, and leadership through change.

We bring the full instrument together. You will complete and present the signature talk you have developed across the mastermind, connect it to the larger body of work you want to be known for, and establish the plan for carrying it into your next rooms.Your talk may become a keynote, TEDx-ready idea, workshop, podcast theme, book foundation, central brand message, or defining body-of-work presentation. Every member develops the talk because it requires the vision, story, message, presence, voice, and point of view the entire journey has strengthened. Featured-master focus: refining a talk and understanding how speakers are evaluated, positioned, pitched, and booked. Featured-master focus: discipline, resilience, character, and leadership through change. Featured-master focus: message, audience, business, and building a body of work. Every member will develop a signature talk and a filmed introduction. The March retreat is the point at which the work becomes tangible and market-facing: members leave with a signature idea, a working talk structure, a polished segment, introductory footage, positioning, and a plan for beginning to pursue rooms. The complete talk continues to develop, deepen, and strengthen through the remaining months and may become a TEDx-ready idea, keynote, workshop, book foundation, podcast theme, leadership platform, or defining expression of a new category. who have delivered at a level that demanded far more than talent. They have brought ideas to life, shaped stories seen by millions, created presence under pressure, sold in consequential rooms, built companies, written books, led through adversity, and turned personal vision into public work.
A PRIVATE NEW YORK CITY IMMERSION
In March 2027, we will gather in New York City for an intimate, in-person experience designed to bring your voice, message, presence, and body of work together.
The original Snow Globe idea remains at the heart of the experience: when the shaking stops and the noise settles, what is true becomes visible. The protective layers begin to melt. Your voice catches up to who you have become. The idea you are here to be known for begins to take shape in a form other people can experience.
This is not the deadline for a fully polished keynote. It is the moment we move from discovery into expression and from private development into market readiness.
By the end of March, you will not simply be working on becoming a speaker. You will have a message, a body of material, recorded footage, and a clear path for beginning to put yourself into the market.
The remaining months of EVERY ROOM are where we test, deepen, complete, and refine the talk through feedback, footage, real-world use, and continued work with me and the featured masters.
Retreat Details
The Snow Globe Retreat is planned as a private 2.5- or 3-day New York City experience in March 2027. Admission and meals are included for every mastermind member. Members are responsible for travel, hotel, transportation, and personal expenses. Final dates, duration, venue, schedule, filming deliverables, guest contributors, and nonattendance terms will be confirmed before publication.
By the end of the retreat, you will have:
Each month, I will invite an exceptional person from my world to deepen one dimension of the journey. These are people who have delivered at a level that demanded far more than talent. They have brought ideas to life, shaped stories seen by millions, created presence under pressure, sold in consequential rooms, built companies, written books, led through adversity, and turned personal vision into public work.
They will not arrive with generic presentations disconnected from the mastermind. Each conversation will support the work we are doing that month and give you direct access to the thinking, discipline, decisions, and lived experience behind mastery.
Award-winning Broadway director Michael Arden joins us to explore how a bold internal vision becomes a living experience. We will look at creativity, direction, collaboration, and what it takes to hold the integrity of an idea while bringing other people inside it.
Writer and producer Alexa Junge has shaped stories for major television audiences. She joins us to explore how we recognize the story that matters, find the emotional truth inside it, and shape it so another person can enter and experience it.
Actor and director Adam Rodriguez joins us to explore presence, preparation, emotional availability, and what it takes to remain fully alive when the camera is on, the room is watching, and the moment cannot be repeated.
Hollywood on-set coach Steve Bridgewater joins us to teach the specific adjustments that create stronger, more truthful work on camera. Members will learn how the camera reads them, how to remain present without overperforming, and how to deliver an introduction that feels precise, alive, and fully their own.
A master movement contributor will help members understand how the body carries the instrument. The session will focus on command, freedom, physical storytelling, and the movement patterns that either support or contradict what the voice is communicating.
Real-estate professional and television personality Farrah Brittany joins us to explore sales, trust, relationships, and communicating value in rooms where perception, confidence, and human connection directly affect the decision.
Entrepreneur and author Kate Northrup joins us to explore the relationship among nervous-system capacity, visibility, money, pricing, and sustainable growth.
Entrepreneur and business educator James Wedmore joins us to explore how an idea becomes a message, how a message finds its audience, and how a body of work becomes a business capable of reaching more people.
Actor Ryan Dorsey joins us for a thoughtful conversation about discipline, character, resilience, and continuing to create and lead when life changes in ways you did not choose.
Author and writing mentor Sara Connell joins us to explore how an idea, experience, or body of expertise becomes a book and how to move from wanting to write it to creating the work itself.
A working speaker booker, bureau representative, event producer, or decision-maker joins us for a direct conversation about what makes a talk bookable, how opportunities are evaluated, what materials are needed, why pitches are ignored, and how to enter the booking conversation with clarity and authority.
This is a transformational experience with concrete work attached to it. Every member will leave with the following core outcomes.
A signature talk with a clear central idea, story, structure, message, and purpose.
Greater command of voice, camera, presence, movement, story, sales, leadership, and high-stakes delivery.
Direct insight from a working booker, producer, bureau representative, or event decision-maker on how talks are evaluated and booked.
A next-room strategy for carrying the talk and larger body of work into stages, media, video, business, leadership, and other relevant opportunities.
This is a transformational experience with concrete work attached to it. Every member will leave with the following core outcomes.
A professionally guided signature introduction video captured during the Snow Globe Retreat, subject to the final production plan.
A clear speaker position and booking plan, including the rooms the talk belongs in, the materials needed to support it, and how to approach booking conversations.
A personal Voice MRI™, six private sessions, six footage reviews, and a documented plan for the voice patterns that must continue to be recalibrated.
A monthly group session for Psychology of the Voice® teaching, live listening, coaching, hot seats, practice, and strategic application. The work stays anchored in the rooms members are actually entering and the projects they are building.
A monthly conversation, working session, or masterclass with an exceptional guest whose experience deepens that month’s focus. Guest participation, topics, and scheduling are subject to confirmation and may change when necessary.
Six 60-minute private sessions used strategically across the nine months. We begin with your Voice MRI™ and personal roadmap, then use the remaining sessions where my individual ear can create the greatest movement in your message, footage, talk, sales, leadership, visibility, or body of work.
You may submit up to six pieces of footage, with no more than 10 minutes in each submission. I will show you what your sound is communicating, where protection is entering, what has changed, and what the next level of recalibration requires.
Each Monday, you will check in with the room. What are you entering? What are you practicing? Where is your voice changing? What support do you need? I will provide focused guidance during designated weekday response windows, and members may arrange peer practice and rehearsal with one another. (Voxer is a point of connection and implementation, not unlimited private coaching by message. Clear boundaries protect the depth of the work and the quality of my ear.)
Once during the nine months, you may activate a private Voice SOS Voxer Exchange for a time-sensitive talk, launch, interview, sale, conflict, presentation, or visibility moment. You will send the relevant context and focused voice message or short piece of footage, and I will provide private guidance within the defined support window.
Bring the moments that have consequences: a launch, keynote, podcast tour, media opportunity, website video, sales season, team presentation, TEDx application, book idea, difficult conversation, or public body of work. We will work with what is happening while it is happening.
Your place at the private Snow Globe Retreat in New York City is included. Planned for March 2027, this multi-day immersion is where your signature idea, talk architecture, presence, body, voice, and market positioning begin to come together in person.
Every member will develop and deliver a polished three-to-five-minute signature segment and capture a professionally guided introduction during the retreat. The filming promise remains subject to confirmation of filming time, format, editing, file count and length, delivery schedule, styling support, raw-footage policy, and usage rights.
Working details: New York City, March 2027, 2.5 or 3 days. Admission and meals are included for members; travel, hotel, transportation, and personal expenses are separate. Final dates, venue, duration, schedule, filming deliverables, guest contributors, and nonattendance terms must be confirmed before publication.
EVERY ROOM is limited to 12 members. That is intentional.
Twelve is large enough to create a remarkable range of experiences, ideas, relationships, and rooms, and small enough for me to know every voice, every body of work, and every person’s next-level objective.
I am beginning with alumni, former clients, and people already familiar with this work. If places remain, I may invite a small number of accomplished people who are new to Psychology of the Voice® and ready for this level of responsibility, practice, and transformation.
