EVERY ROOM is a nine-month private mastermind for 12 accomplished people who are ready to master how their voice, message, identity and work are experienced in every room that matters.
This is not a large coaching group, a passive course or an open-ended mastermind built around casual conversation.
It is a structured, intimate experience combining deep private work with Tracy, live mastermind coaching, carefully selected featured masters and an in-person New York City retreat.
You will work with the rooms that are real for you: the talk, the camera, the sale, the interview, the launch, the difficult conversation, the leadership moment and the message or body of work you are ready to bring fully to life.
The formal mastermind begins in January 2027. Your work begins as soon as you enroll.

The Snow Globe Retreat
In spring 2027, we will gather in New York City for the private Snow Globe Retreat.
When the snow melts, what remains is the truth of who you are and the message you are here to deliver.
The retreat is where the private work becomes visible. It will include:

- Signature-talk development and rehearsal
- Movement and embodiment
- On-camera preparation and direction
- Professionally guided introduction filming
- Live feedback and refinement

- Meals during the retreat
The retreat is included for EVERY ROOM members and replaces the regular mastermind session during the event month. Members are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.

The Every Room Positioning Intensive
A bonus 90-minute private session with Tracy near the end of the mastermind to bring your signature talk, introduction video, speaker positioning, pitch language and target-room strategy together into a focused market-entry plan.
The pay-in-full option also represents a $3,000 savings compared with the early-enrollment payment plan.
How to Apply
EVERY ROOM is limited to 12 people because Tracy wants to know every person, every voice, every body of work and every room they are preparing to enter.
The application is short. If the experience appears aligned, you will be invited to a private conversation with Tracy before enrollment is offered.

When does EVERY ROOM begin

What happens before January
You receive your private Voice Audit and Roadmap, immediate weekday Voxer access, the opportunity to begin your private work and an early-November welcome call with the forming group.
Do I need to be a professional speaker
No. You may be developing a talk, leading a company, selling a body of work, appearing on camera, entering media, growing your visibility or preparing for more consequential conversations. Speaking is one expression of the work, not the only room that matters.
Are the featured masters confirmed
Six areas of mastery are built into the experience. Individual featured masters will be announced as participation and scheduling are confirmed. The specific roster may change, but the strategic areas of support will remain. A number of the featured master’s have been confirmed as of this date.
Is the Snow Globe Retreat included
Yes. Admission and meals during the retreat are included for EVERY ROOM members. Members are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations.
What if I cannot attend the retreat
The retreat is a meaningful part of the experience. If attendance may be difficult, discuss that with Tracy during the application conversation before enrolling.
How much private access do I receive
