YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES:
- 12 Weeks of 90-minute group coaching calls with Tracy. Class day and time will be determined prior to the start of the program and will remain the same throughout the 12 weeks. The syllabus is subject to change according to the progress each week, and a recap will be provided.
- 2 Bonus trainings with guest experts. Subject to availability of the guest expert. I reserve the right to substitute a different expert in the event that the intended expert becomes unavailable.

PROGRAM RULES
- All program questions, communications, and assignments should be directed to the Facebook group. I cannot respond to messages on other platforms.

- You must be coachable and open to feedback. This work requires you to be vulnerable and can trigger strong emotional responses. You agree to be a respectful, engaged participant and to approach the feedback you receive with an open mind. Anyone who is persistently uncoachable, disengaged, or disrespectful can be removed from the coaching calls at Tracy’s discretion and may be asked to leave the program.
- Keep the group container safe for all participants. Everyone needs to be able to be vulnerable and open. No bullying, hate speech, disrespect, or inflammatory remarks will be tolerated. You may not promote your business to other students anytime during the program.
- Coaching other students is never allowed. You may give feedback on what you hear or how it was received, but you will NOT make suggestions on how to adjust, improve, or approach the work, inside or outside of the group. Repeat offenders will be removed from the program.
- Attendance: You are expected to attend the coaching calls live each week. This group relies on everyone’s active participation. There are no make-up classes. If you must miss a class, you should catch up by reviewing the replay and doing the homework assigned before the next coaching call. You can find the Zoom replay and the homework in the recap email after each coaching call.
- Homework and Video Submissions:
- Each week you will have one or more video homework assignments. These videos will be posted in the Facebook group for me to review and give feedback. The homework assignments can be found in the recap email sent out after each coaching call.
- Each assignment must be completed and posted within 2 weeks of the coaching call to receive my feedback.
- If you are catching up on homework assignments, know that I will only review a maximum of 6 of your videos at any one time.
- All video homework must be in within a week of the last coaching call.
- I will only give feedback on your program homework. Please do not submit other videos or audio samples unless specifically requested by me.
- Solo Sessions: If you have bonus solo sessions with me, they must be scheduled and completed within a week of the program’s end date.
- REFUNDS: I offer a 30-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, you must have turned in all of the homework videos and attended all of the coaching calls and labs in the first 30 days. If you are removed from the program due to violations of the rules, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any remaining coaching calls. Bonuses are not included in the refund calculation.
Selling your services: Under no circumstances may you pitch the other students in the group on your services, programs, free training sessions. Do not post in the group about your services or direct message or email anyone in this program during our time together.
